I enjoy putting myself in the shoes of the end-user. Whether it's someone looking at their phone, computer screen, a poster on a wall, a business card in their wallet, or their future kitchen.

I have a strong desire to solve problems. To decomplex complexity, I use pen and paper, a computer, feedback, and previous experience. When necessary, I can be a lone warrior, but I also don't hesitate to reach out and draw on the experience and expertise of my peers and mentors.
